If for any reason, you were not satisfied with the item purchased, you must notify Petmasters within 5 days of receiving your order at your door. Should you wish to process an exchange please email to online@petmasters.co.za (Subject Line: Your order number – Request Exchange). Please note no returns on consumables. Return courier charges will be for your account or you can bring the item to our Boksburg branch. Petmasters will deliver the parcel again at our cost barring the delivery address is the same as the original order.
