If for any reason, you were not satisfied with the item purchased, you must notify Petmasters within 5 days of receiving your order at your door. Return courier charges will be for your account or you can bring the item to our Boksburg branch. Petmasters will deliver the parcel again at our cost barring the delivery address is the same as the original order.
